Portfolio of work

This page is a work-in-progress.  It will be completed soon!

Current projects

The following initiatives are currently ongoing and are open to volunteers of all skill sets.  If you are interested, just show up to one of our twice-monthly Community Action Nights!

Bike data

There is not currently much available civic data related to the safety of alternative modes of transportation in Austin. Some engineering work to gather and analyze this data could better help advocacy for safer and more diverse transportation options in Austin.

Partner: To come.
Leads: (interim) Laura Kelly

Tenant file app

Currently: Workflow for gathering tenant evidence is complicated and takes a long time.
Our contribution: Text a number, your image ends up in your folder. Organizers have all images in one place. Tenants have all of their housing-related info in one place. Together, they can document housing conditions, landlord-tenant interactions, and landlord neglect or abuse.
